Healing begins...and ends...with you. All healing is of the heart – your experience of you. All healing occurs by letting go of the limitations you choose in your life with your thoughts, words and actions. It is about life and living.
Expanded Living is the choice to live fully all that brings you joy. To do so, you must choose to do the work to heal your heart, body and life of choices of limitation, lack and pain. Those choices manifest in your present experience of physical wellness, emotional wellness and spiritual wellness.
Expanding Physical Wellness
If you are experiencing challenges to your physical wellness from acne to fatigue to joint pain to cancer, then your body is powerfully speaking to you about your choices of pain and limitation. The first step to healing is to acknowledge your responsibility for the experience and the healing. Physical challenges are rooted in choices of the heart – long held emotions of pain. Healing the physical is one thing, but without the work to heal the heart, the physical will only re-manifest its pain.
The physical experience places choices before you on how you will heal. All healing modalities, whether western, eastern or alternative healing, are equal. The Worldwide Center believes fully in holistic healing that honors complementary healing approaches to simultaneous heal the physical symptoms and the emotional root cause by healing the heart.
Expanding Emotional Wellness
Emotional wellness is measured by our experience of joy in each moment. It is the freedom and celebration of life and being alive. It is the joyous sharing and interaction through healthy relationships with others in all areas of our lives.
For many, choices of limitation in their lives including career, home, intimate relationships, family relationships and financial well-being have called forth stress, frustration, anger, feeling stuck and even depression as everyday experiences. Emotional healing requires a commitment to acknowledge truthfully and without judgment all of our choices and to live openly in celebration of self.
Healing the heart requires that you understand how you are choosing the limitation and pain. The key is learning the power of selflove as the greatest force of creation and healing on earth.
Expanding Spiritual Wellness
Spiritual wellness is the experience of freedom from the limitation caused by separation from your own magnificence and perfection. Learning what selflove is and what it means that you are God, mankind’s word for magnificent and perfect, are not just metaphysical concepts, but rather the keys to physical wellness, emotional wellness, and spiritual wellness.
Rooted within every choice we make is how we love ourselves. We can choose to love ourselves unconditionally – total selflove – or conditionally - love experienced as pain. You are the key to your experience of joy. Every thought, word, and action you choose tells your heart how you love yourself.
Expanded Living calls forth an expanded life vision – a way of understanding your relationship to the world that offers you the opportunity to live freely and in joy. This expanded life vision uses the word God to capture your magnificence but it is neither religious nor exclusive. It is about understanding spiritual truth to allow for spiritual healing.
